Sometimes I find a coffee roaster and blend that I settle on for a specific prep then I don't move too far off the mark - grind setting, time to extract, etc. With the Fireground Grit Whiskey Barrel Aged beans I have found a blend that makes a great cup be it pour-over, Moka Express (Bialetti), French Press, or the AeroPress (when I travel).
